2. What data do we process?

When you contact us or make an enquiry, we may process your name, email address, phone number, information about your company or property, and the contents of your message. Until direct form submission is connected, the form opens a pre-filled message in your email application; the information is not stored in the website database.

3. Why do we use your data and on what legal basis?

• to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and take steps before entering into a contract,
• to perform contracts and provide ordered services,
• to comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations,
• to protect our legal claims and legitimate interests,
• to use optional cookies or similar technologies only on the basis of your consent.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and subsequently only for the period required to protect legal claims. Data relating to contracts and accounting records is kept for the periods required by applicable law. You may change or withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time.

5. Who may have access to your data?

Where necessary, data may be processed by our website, email and IT service providers, accounting or legal advisers, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential technologies display the website and remember your choice. We store your preferences in your browser’s local storage under czechia-facility-cookie-consent-v2 for 180 days. The record contains the selected categories and the time of your choice.

Analytics technologies measure traffic and help improve the website; marketing technologies measure campaigns and may personalise advertising. We request separate consent for these purposes. Google Tag Manager (GTM-KJN7X7L3) loads only after you consent to at least one of these categories. Currently, no measurement tags are published in the container, so the website itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Before enabling further tags, we will list their providers, names, purposes and retention periods here.

After consent, your browser connects to Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Technical data such as your IP address and browser details may be sent to the provider; processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under Google’s privacy policy. The script does not load without consent.

You can decline as easily as you can accept, choose individual categories and change your decision at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops further tag loading and does not affect earlier lawful processing.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to obchod@czechia-facility.cz.

If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic.
